• Primary Group leader phone number

• Primary Group leader email address.

• The initial number of students you would hope to register. (This number will be guarunteed by your deposit) - more spaces can be added if available and if needed.

• A payment link where we can redirect those registering with your church to make payment.

• MAIL A DEPOSIT CHECK MADE OUT TO ‘CHESAPEAKE YOUTH NETWORK’ Designate ‘Big Beach Deposit’ OF $500 OR $50 PER PERSON (WHICHEVER IS GREATER) TO OUR CYN BURSAR: DANIEL BESCHNER

ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR DEPOSIT A PRIVATE REGISTRATION LINK WILL BE CREATED FOR YOUR CHURCH WHERE YOU CAN DIRECT YOUR STUDENTS AND LEADERS TO SIGN UP FOR CAMP. REQUIRED HEALTH FORM IS NOW A PART OF THE REGISTRATION PAGE.

YOU WILL DIRECT YOUR STUDENTS TO YOUR PRIVATE LINK AND THEN AFTER THEY COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION THEY WILL BE REDIRECTED TO YOUR PAYMENT PAGE OR INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO MAKE PAYMENT.
